Terms of Use

These terms describe use of WashingQuotes, including our website, business-owner dashboard, customer quoters, and shared pricing sheets. “WashingQuotes,” “we,” and “our” refer to the provider of this platform. A washing business using the platform is a separate service provider.

1. Our role and your responsibilities

WashingQuotes provides tools for collecting service requests and preparing estimates. We do not perform the washing services or guarantee a business’s availability, work, insurance, licensing, or response. Customers arrange services directly with the business identified on the quoter. Use the platform only if you can lawfully enter into the applicable arrangement, and provide information you are authorized to share.

2. Estimates and quote validity

Prices are calculated from the business’s published rates, customer selections, measurements, minimum charges, discounts, and tax settings. Missing measurements produce a partial estimate. Property records may be unavailable, outdated, or incorrect; neither address suggestions nor square-footage results replace a review of actual conditions. Confirm measurements, scope, pricing, eligibility for offers, taxes, and scheduling with the business before work begins.

Submitting a request does not book an appointment, authorize a charge, or by itself require either party to perform the service. Final pricing and scheduling remain subject to the business’s confirmation and any separate service agreement. A displayed validity period runs from submission. The default is 60 days; businesses can change the period or remove the displayed expiry. Previously saved sheets retain their original expiry. After expiry, contact the business for updated pricing. An absent expiry date does not guarantee that a price remains available indefinitely.

3. Business accounts and published content

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business details, services, pricing, tax settings, offers, and uploaded content, and for securing their accounts. Only upload logos and images you own or have permission to use. You permit WashingQuotes to store and display that content as needed to provide your quoter and related pricing sheets. Draft edits do not change the customer quoter until published.

Businesses must obtain any permissions or consents needed for their services and communications, respond to their clients’ information requests, and use client information only for legitimate, disclosed purposes. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another business, misuse shared links, send unsolicited messages, interfere with the platform, or attempt to access another account’s data.

4. Photos, voice, and shared pricing sheets

Only provide relevant photos and information you have permission to share. Voice input is optional and depends on your browser and microphone permission. Review transcribed answers before submitting. Demo submissions stay in the current browser session, but address and voice features may still contact their providers.

Email and text sharing open your device’s sharing or messaging tools with a link to a saved pricing sheet. You choose the recipient and send the message. Anyone with that link can view the sheet, including its customer details. Share it only with intended recipients. Print and PDF appearance may depend on browser and printer settings.

5. Connected services and notifications

Address and property lookup, authentication, hosting, CRM delivery, and text notifications rely on third-party services. Businesses connect their own Zapier/CRM or Twilio accounts where offered and are responsible for their fees, configuration, sender registration, and permitted use. These providers’ own terms also apply.

Business-owner text alerts are optional and go to the mobile number the owner supplies. Enable them only for a number you control with the recipient’s permission. You can disable alerts or disconnect Twilio in Texts (Optional). Where supported by your sender, reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Alerts are limited, may be delayed or fail, and are not a substitute for checking Your Client Requests. A provider’s acceptance does not confirm final delivery. We do not treat a quote request as consent to unrelated marketing.

6. Trials, payments, and account access

The trial and pricing pages explain the currently available plans. No paid subscription or automatic charge starts solely from selecting a plan preference or starting a trial. Paid enrollment requires explicit authorization at checkout. The monthly plan charges $50 at enrollment and every month thereafter until canceled. The regular annual plan charges $500 at enrollment and every 12 months thereafter. Businesses that enroll in the annual offer by November 30, 2026 receive an initial 18-month term for $500; the next $500 charge occurs after that initial term, then every 12 months until canceled. Square securely stores the authorized card and processes payments. The checkout and Account settings display the renewal date. You can cancel automatic renewal in Account settings before the next charge; access continues through the paid term. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Contact info@washingquotes.com for refund requests or billing assistance. Test checkout is identified as testing. Third-party charges are separate. If a trial ends or account access is paused, the customer quoter may become unavailable; ending access does not automatically erase saved records.

7. Availability and disputes

We work to maintain the platform but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete property data, error-free estimates, or successful third-party delivery. We may limit or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, or operational problems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided as available without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Contact the washing business first about its work, appointments, cancellations, refunds, or service pricing. Contact WashingQuotes about platform or account problems. No particular court, arbitration procedure, or waiver of consumer rights is imposed by these terms.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The effective date identifies the published version. Updated platform terms do not silently revise the pricing snapshot on an already saved quote.
